Dance has been a keen interest of Allison’s since she was very young. Years of formal training as a child led to acceptance in several prominent ballet companies. Beginning at age 16 she joined Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle. Her
career in dance then continued with American Ballet Ensemble, Ballet Austin and Staatstheatre Darmstadt in Germany.
Allison has been featured as a soloist in ballets that
include Les Sylphides, Lieber Laser, Raymonda, La Fille Mal
Gardee, Pas de Trois, Petrushka, Bolero, Swan Lake, Serenade and Symphony in C. She has also had the unique experience of performing as a dancer in operas while living in Germany.

Her other credits include roles in the musical
productions of Man of La Mancha, Showboat, Annie and
Cinderella.
Heading into her sixth production in as many years, Allison's affiliation with MTOC continues to be a source of joy. She was thrilled to work as choreographer on last year's Bye Bye Birdie and has choreographed other MTOC shows that include Seussical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Guys and Dolls and A Night on Broadway. Allison has also worked on the Huntington Beach Playhouse productions of Dracula-La (2008) and I Love You, You're Perfect Now Change (2009). She has also worked on Newport Theatre Arts Center's productions of Baby (2007), Adventures of a Comic Book Artist (2006) and Schoolhouse Rock – Live (2005). In addition to teaching dance in the United States and Europe and working as a choreographer, Allison has performed on television, modeled and continues to perform publicly. A dedicated wife and mother, Allison finds her supportive husband Bryn her favorite dance partner and considers her three daughters, Tessa, Chloe, and Sydney, to be her best creations to date.
